How to book

The Hatha Yoga classes normally run in blocks of six weeks - we don't have the resources to manage drop-in classes. We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing to these classes, cotton is preferable, and bring a yoga mat or other mat to practise on. Please be aware that we don't have changing rooms or a shower (although you can get changed in our loos). Yoga is always practised in bare feet.
If a block isn't fully booked, you can normally join it part-way through and only pay for the rest of the block.
The class is for all abilities, and everyone receives personal attention. Beginners are welcome too! It runs on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 7.15pm. The six-week blocks cost £36 and there is a maximum of 14 places in each class. The classes are led by Jo, and the block start dates are currently as follows:
If there is space available, Jo is also willing to include people on a drop-in basis, at a rate of £6 per person per class taken. However, this class has become very popular and so it's better to book in advance.
