This two-day course is for a maximum of nine people, and will take place in the peace and calm of the Higher Evolution Centre. The course is a wonderful setting for your healing attunement and provides a supportive, nurturing, non-judgemental and loving environment.
You will find out about your subtle energies and energy centres (chakras) and find out how to read them and learn how they reflect your personality. Through guided meditation, you will be able to sense your chakras and you will be guided to understand the relationship between your mind, body and soul. You will be given simple meditation techniques that you can practice on your own to relax your body and quieten your mind. You will learn how to channel Reiki healing energies for yourself and others, and how to take charge of your own healing process. You will be given advice and guidance on areas of self healing to concentrate on. You will learn how to access your own divine guidance to help with your healing process.
This course is not based upon any religion, cult or doctrine - course leader Mark communicates from his knowledge and understanding of Reiki and of spiritual truth. Respect and tolerance for the beliefs of others is expected of those attending the course. You will be gently guided to a greater spiritual awareness; however, the main emphasis of the course is on harmonising the relationships between mind, body and soul to achieve permanent healing, and on learning to use Reiki to heal yourself and practice on others.
The Centre provides hot drinks but please bring a light vegetarian lunch for yourself.

Reiki 1 and Self-Healing course dates:
This one-day course is an excellent way for Reiki First Degree initiates to refresh their knowledge and practice of Reiki healing. Through guided meditations, healers will be able to find out about their own chakras and how they can be better balanced for greater happiness and health. This short course will help healers to become more self-aware and through this become more focused in their approach to their own healing. Healers will be able to reaffirm their First Degree attunement and concentrate on the Reiki energy so that they can clearly feel themselves as a channel for Reiki healing energy. Healers can have a revision of Reiki theory and will have the opportunity to practice healing on each other.
