Maha Bandha (The Great Lock) and Maha Mudra (Great Psychic Attitude) are major practices in Hatha Yoga because they involve internal awareness, energy locks and profound concentration. Janu Sirshasana (Head to Knee Pose) aids digestion because it tones the liver and spleen.
