Open Day
Our Open Days are a chance to come along and get a taste of what the centre offers. Please press this link for More Information, or the Open Day button below, for details of our next Open Day. But don't feel you have to wait, you are welcome to come along to our Newcomers' Night any week and be introduced to meditation and the benefits of putting into practice some of the principles of Buddhism.

Introductory Buddhism and Meditation course
Our next Part I (Beginners) Buddhism and Meditation course starts TBA (soon - we alternate between part I and II). Cost for the course £65/£55 con. These Classes Offer. If you're thinking of attending our next Part 1 course, we recommend that you try our Newcomers' Nights first. Our next Part II Buddhism and Meditation course 29th Feb 2012 - for those who have completed a part I course OR who have been coming to centre regularly.

Newcomers' Night  Wednesday Evenings 7.30 - 10.00pm
An introduction to two meditation practices and how to apply Buddhist principles to transform your life. We offer the first night free and then £6 suggested donation per evening. The evenings are relaxed and informal and a great introduction to the Centre. Come along and discover what meditation can do for you! More Information

Lunchtime meditation classes,
Tuesday lunchtimes 1-2pm Relax and Refresh your mind. Each session will introduce one of two meditation practices and have time for a meditation practice. We offer the first day free and then suggest £3 or donation per session. Suitable for all levels of experience, just drop in.
Wednesdays in September 1-2pm "Going deeper in Meditation"

Early Morning Meditations
Wednesday and Friday mornings 7.30am-8.30am Start your day with a calmer mind. Suitable for those with a basic knowledge of mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana meditation practices. More Information
