Abi

Originally from Bromley, Kent, Abi now lives near Ipswich. She trained as a yoga teacher at the Sivananda Vedanta ashram in Neyardam, Kerula, India, and has been teaching yoga for six years.

Yoga is, of course, much more than a system of exercises and Abi takes her spiritual inspiration from its underlying philosophy.

As well as teaching yoga, Abi is a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist with a private practice.

Abi's leisure interests include pilates and all kinds of music.
